BitToByte Builds is a US-based tech business that specialises in building custom PCs for every type of gamer. Their mission is to unravel the complexities in selecting and assembling PC components with a tailored approach.
When we sat down with Ashton, the founder of BitToByte's, it was immediately clear that their current identity didn’t reflect who they truly were. They needed a repositioning that clearly communicated what they do and how they do it.
As we explored the brand, we discovered their dedication to tailoring each PC to their customers’ needs. This attention to detail, reflected in their handpicked components, inspired bold, blocky shapes for their identity—symbolising their thoughtful craftsmanship. Though tasked only with redesigning the logo, we thought about how it could be used as a foundation for their visual identity.
To align with the brand’s ideology of tailoring PCs to customer needs, we opted for a sleek, simplified logo that better positions them as a modern tech company—moving away from the less fitting, animal-based design.
